  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • United States: 6–9 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (USD).


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.


Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at contact@pillowcure.com and we will assist you in tracking your order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Pillow Cure is not responsible for these fees.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pillow Cure is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@pillowcure.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
